The Boho Schoolie Rusk, Tx Farm stay, Pool access!

Privately nestled in the woods on our ranch , The bus features a comfortable, carefully curated interior with features such as air conditioning, fast wi-fi & a full size luxury shower. Outside enjoy the meditation garden,bbq grill and outdoor seating . Paint a rock to help our dragon, Skorchie, grow ! See cows, pot bellied pigs & horses! A short walk accesses the salt water pool. Please no smoking or vaping inside. The space The skoolie sits in a private area on the edge of the woods .You can watch deer graze in the meadow or baby horses play in the pasture. A short walk accesses the salt-water pool. You will see cows, potbellies pigs and chickens . Enjoy star gazing in a dark sky. Paint some rocks! 4 guest maximum In the skoolie. Dogs must be small and crated inside. Centrally located with a short drive to Nacogdoches, Lufkin, Alto, Palestine , Jacksonville and Tyler. Rusk attractions include the famous footbridge, Cherokee Trace drive -through Safari and the Texas State Railroad. Guest access Bear to the left as you come up the drive and look for the bus parking sign. You will have a private yard area and a short walk will access the pool area. Please use the bus front door not the emergency ramp. Doors will be open and we leave a key so you can lock the front door. Other things to note Pool Amenities: Please note there is no restroom at the pool area. Swimming is at your own risk, as we do not have a lifeguard. Shared Spaces: The cookhouse is part of a separate bunkhouse rental. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of those guests and do not enter. Visitors: To maintain a quiet atmosphere, parties are not permitted, and all outside visitors must be approved in advance. Other things to note: Welcome to life in the country! To help you get the most out of your rural getaway, please keep the following in mind:Wildlife & Pets: You will experience true nature here, including bugs, snakes, and other wildlife. Our own dogs and cats also roam free on the property. Farm Safety: Please do not enter any animal enclosures unless accompanied by a host. Electric fence in use. You may see us working or feeding the animals during your stay! Pet Policy: Guest dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please crate indoors .never leave your pet unattended inside. Smoking: Indoor smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Due to size limitations we cannot accommodate more than 4 guests in the schoolie.
