The space 🌳 Garden and barbecue Outside, guests have a large private garden of about 5000 m², ideal for relaxing in the open air, having children play or organize lunches and dinners outside thanks to the barbecue area. 📍 Location​ The villa is located in Robassomero, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, about 20 minutes from Turin and 15 minutes from Turin Caselle airport. Conveniently located to get to the city, La Mandria Park, the Reggia di Venaria, and the Lanzo Valleys, it's ideal for combining relaxation with easy travel. 👥 Common spaces In the basement, there is a rec room with a large table, ideal for lunches, dinners, and group evenings. The area is completed by a half bathroom. 🏠 The apartments The villa is composed of 4 independent apartments, spread over several levels of the house. This setup allows families and groups to share their stay while maintaining their spaces. In this spacious studio apartment, there is 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, a large table with a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. “Betulla” Apartment 🍂 – Second floor, 3 guests Two-room apartment located on the second floor. It has a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional single bed (2+1 beds, the third bed is ideal for a child), and a full bathroom. From the kitchen, you can access an outdoor terrace. “Noce” Apartment 🌿 – Second floor, 5 guests Two-room apartment on the first floor, consisting of a living room with a full kitchen and 1 sofa bed (180x140), a bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, and a bathroom. From the bedroom, you can access the outdoor terrace. “Acero” Apartment 🍁 – Second floor, 5 guests Large and bright three-room attic on the second floor, with a living room and a full open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with 1 double bed, and a second bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 full-size bed. It is the most spacious unit in the villa. Guest access There is a separate apartment on the property occupied by a worker, a discreet and reserved person who does not interfere with the privacy and stay of the guests. We will prepare the number of apartments and beds based on the number of guests. This is to ensure the best possible comfort during your stay. The villa is spread over 3 floors + the basement with the tavern and there is no elevator. Other things to note 🅿️ Guests can park in the villa's courtyard.
