This compact 75-square-meter (809-square-foot), 3-bedroom apartment offers an unbeatable location right on the historic market square, but is located in a separate rear building. This allows you to enjoy a pleasantly quiet atmosphere right in the center. The apartment, located in a 17th-century building, has a private entrance and is accessible via stairs. Sleeping configuration & room layout: The apartment is designed for maximum efficiency for large teams and groups. Please note the specific room layout: 8 comfortable single beds (90 x 200 cm) spread across three rooms – ideal for keeping the cost per person low. Room 1: 3 single beds. Room 2 (connecting room): 3 single beds. From here, you can access the third room. Room 3: 2 single beds (accessible via Room 2). Entertainment: Each room is equipped with its own flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. Despite the compact size, there is storage space for your luggage in each room. Kitchen & equipment: The kitchen is functional and fully equipped for self-catering for up to 8 people: Stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils are provided. Bathroom & laundry service: The bathroom features a large shower and a toilet. A clothes dryer is located directly in the bathroom for your own use. A washing machine is available to you in a separate room. An ironing set, drying rack, and hairdryer are also available on site. Special highlight: The fully glazed loggia provides additional space to relax in the fresh air or for a smoking break without disturbing the other guests in the living area. Things to Note: Towels and linens included. As it is a historic building, there is no elevator. The 75 m² (807 sq ft) are optimally used to provide affordable and centrally located accommodation for a large number of people. Guest access Your check-in is completely flexible and contactless, using a key safe on site. You will receive the access code and detailed directions shortly before your arrival. Common Areas: As a highlight, our landscaped and furnished outdoor terrace across the courtyard is available to all guests. An ideal place to end the day after work. Barbecuing: A gas grill is available and can be used by all guests free of charge (please clean it briefly after use). Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the terrace. You also have full access to your digital guest portal, which provides all the important information about the apartment and tips for the area (Calw) directly on your smartphone. Other things to note Check-in & keys: The key is handed over contactlessly. The key safe is located on the terrace (in the corner on the right, on the wall). You will automatically receive the code and the safe number before arrival. Parking & license plate registration: We offer you the option of parking for free in the Haggasse parking garage (approx. 2-minute walk). Important: Since the parking garage uses automatic license plate recognition, we need your license plate number in advance to activate it in the system. Vehicle height: The parking garage is exclusively for vehicles up to a maximum height of 2 meters (6.6 feet). Larger vehicles & public parking: If your vehicle is taller than 6.6 feet (2 meters) (e.g., large vans), please use the public parking spaces in the area: Mon–Fri: Free from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Weekend: Free from Saturday 1:00 PM to Monday 8:00 AM. Parking garages in Calw are generally very affordable.
