Karsås Sjöbacka Guest House

Rural accommodation just outside Bodafors with proximity to both nature and the community, the lovely swimming area Vareviksbadet, bakery, pizzeria, Ica store. The railway station is about 1 km away, making it easy to travel here by train. The train can of course be heard. Most guests do not find it disturbing, but if you are very sensitive to noise, it may be good to know. It is close to the main building but still provides the opportunity for privacy. There is an opportunity to use the large garden to a certain extent. The space The guesthouse is 60 sq m (646 sq ft), built in 2018/19, and consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine/dryer. Two bedrooms with custom-built bunk beds featuring box spring mattresses that can be folded up against the wall when not in use. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, a TV, a sound system, and a pool table. Linens and towels are included. Previously, there were cats living in the house, so it's not completely allergy-free, but I don't want any pets there now. The kitchenette is small but has everything you need. Guest access You have the entire house and the adjacent patio at your disposal. When I'm not in the garden myself, you are of course welcome to use it. Feel free to relax in the hammock or watch the goldfish in the pond. Other things to note Before your arrival, a bed is made for each guest in the bedrooms. Bed linens are prepared for the sofa bed. Each guest also has access to a set of towels during their stay. Cleaning is included in the rental (carried out by the host).
