Entire villa situated in a residential suburb of Opatija just above the fishermen's village Ika. Beautiful sea view, swimming pool and lovely garden, air conditioned , with free Wi-Fi and 3 parking places. Spacious terrace for outside dining with a gas grill. In the center of Riviera Opatija, close to beaches and close to the Nature Park Ucka with its many trails. The space The house consists of three units . On the first floor there is the main fully equipped kitchen, big terrace with gas barbecue grill, big airconditioned living room with TV , two bedrooms of which one with king size double bed (160x200cm) airconditioned and the second one with two single king sized beds (90x200cm). Main kitchen with dishwasher, four rings stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and in the utility washing machine , iron and ironing board. There is a pool area with two sun decks, swimming pool , sun beds, pool shower and lots of flowers and palm trees. On the ground floor there are : -one bedroom suit, air conditioned with double king size bed (160x200cm), a living room and kitchenette with fridge, two rings stove, shower/WC bathroom and small hallway. There is a small terrace outside. -second suit with one bedroom with one king size double bed (160x200cm) and air conditioned living room with sofa bed for two, kitchenette with fridge, two rings stove, and small terrace in front of it. Guest access You are renting a whole villa so you access everything in it and around it. Other things to note It is a quiet residential area, lots of green, lots of bird singing, very good climate, a good place to relax.
