Tastefully furnished one bedroom, self-catering country accommodation ideally suited for a couple, but with the option to sleep a third adult or up to two young children. Rurally located near the island centre stone, the property enjoys stunning country views. The space Bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, own entrance and patio suitable for al fresco dining. Ample parking and secure garaging for bicycles. The apartment has a kitchen/diner, large bathroom with bath and shower above. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a combi microwave oven, two counter top hobs, kettle, toaster and fridge. Guests also have their own dishwasher and access to a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The lounge offers wide-screen TV, DVD player, sofa and sliding doors to outside patio area - perfect for breakfast/morning coffee whilst watching out for the local birdlife, including buzzards nesting in valley opposite. Fibre optic wi-fi available throughout the house. Guest access The accommodation is completely self-contained with its own entrance from the off-road parking area. The property is the last of three at the end of a lane, so quiet with no passing traffic. Breakfast on the private patio with stunning views across open fields and the woodlands beyond has become a favourite with our guests. Other things to note There are many cycling tracks available on the island and we provide information and route maps to assist in planning your days out. Hire bikes are readily available and electric bikes have become very popular for those who need uphill assistance! Walkers are also catered for with several dedicated walks around the island including a stunning cliff path on the north coast. We are also five minutes walk away from one of the prettiest woodland trails Jersey has to offer. There is a convenience store close by, open 7days a week, from 7am till 9pm Monday to Saturday and 7.30am to 8pm on Sundays. They sell virtually everything you may need, including fresh bread. We can provide a cot and high chair if required, please indicate if you would like to take advantage of these at time of booking. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
