The space This is a private 64-square-meter (689-square-foot) apartment located on the second floor of a renovated family house on a quiet, peaceful street in the center of Belogradchik. It’s suitable for families, with one large bedroom, a hallway, a living room with a pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a water filter jug. In it, you will find all the amenities and utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes, so you can feel right at home. One of Belogradchik's beautiful houses from the 1980s, with its spirit and façade preserved. The place offers its guests a TV, Wi-Fi internet, and a work area. You can enjoy your coffee or soak up the sunshine on the small balcony. This special place is the perfect starting point for your adventure – a combination of coziness and a strategic location. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. Other things to note Self check-in: For your convenience, we offer a self check-in system using a key safe. You will receive detailed instructions on the day of your arrival. Parking: There is free street parking available in front of the house. The area is safe and extremely quiet. Heating and cooling: The apartment is equipped to provide comfort in all seasons. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Local terrain: Please note that Belogradchik is a town with mountainous terrain, and some streets are steep. We recommend comfortable shoes for the walk to the cliffs and the fortress. Quiet hours: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Drinking water: The tap water in Belogradchik is safe to drink, but for your added convenience, we have provided a filter jug in the kitchen. Close to amenities: The city center is just a 3-minute walk away – there, you'll find grocery stores, ATMs, and local restaurants. Smoking and pets: Please note that smoking inside the apartment and bringing pets are not allowed in order to keep the space fresh for all guests. Smoking is allowed solely on the balcony.
