Local history tells that Juan Moreira also frequented this area between 1870 and 1874, which makes this property a living part of the popular story of the area. With over 2,500 m² of land, the house was carefully recycled a few years ago, preserving its original style and combining it with modern comfort. Today it offers three en-suite rooms —1 quadruple, 1 triple and one double, with the option of another place— with renovated bathrooms, maintaining the spirit of the era in its decoration. The common spaces invite you to meet: covered and semi-covered gallery, grill, tables in the park, greenery around and pool to enjoy in season. Altos de Empalme is not just accommodation. It is a house with memory, designed to meet, share and experience Lobos from its most authentic roots. 📍 Located in the historic Empalme neighborhood, one of the most traditional areas of Lobos, where the rhythm of the village is still alive. A few steps away you will find a square, church, bakery, market and neighborhood shops. The modern center is just 3 km away (5–7 minutes by car). Here you choose real tranquility without losing proximity. Vehicle recommended for greater comfort, although it is not essential.
