The house has a rustic style, typical of old Manchego farmhouses; it was restored a decade ago. It features a pool, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen, 2 terraces, gardens, a barbecue, a wood-fired oven, fireplaces, and over 8,000 m² of fenced grounds. Next to the Cabriel River where you can enjoy natural landscapes. The space Guests can use everything available in the house and have access to the kitchen utensils, fireplace, stoves, barbecue, terraces, swimming pool, bathrooms, and more. Guest access The whole house is rented so you can use all areas of the house and outdoors Other things to note It's important to note that you need to drive about 7 km on dirt roads. The house is supplied with NON-potable water, so guests will need to bring drinking water to drink. The house is totally isolated. The nearest village is Villamalea (Albacete) and is 15 km away (approx. half an hour by car). Another important point is that during the summer months (June-September approx.), when the house is in the middle of the mountain, it is forbidden to light the barbecue due to forest fire restrictions.
