Welcome to a modern and comfortable apartment in a quiet and family-friendly area, just 2 km from the city centre. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Freshwater swimming areas are nearby, and several beaches by the sea are only a short drive away. It is a short distance to great experiences and is located about a 30-minute drive from Dyreparken in Kristiansand 🦒. A perfect base for both relaxation and adventures 🌸 The space 🏠 ROOMS The apartment is suitable for 2–4 people, ideal for two couples or a family with two children. The living room and kitchen are combined in an open-plan design with a good ceiling height and plenty of light, creating an airy and cosy atmosphere. The bathroom is spacious and practical, with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Both bedrooms have comfortable 180x200 beds, one of which can be converted into a single bed, and each room has a wardrobe with space for clothes. 🌳 LOCATION The apartment is located in a family-friendly and quiet neighbourhood, 2 km from Grimstad city centre and only a 30-minute drive from Dyreparken in Kristiansand. There is also a short distance to the swimming beach, Roresanden (freshwater) and a floodlit ski slope if you want to explore the area around the apartment. Guest access The apartment is secluded above the garage of the main residence, with its own private entrance. Other things to note 🛏️ Towels and bed linen are provided. 🚼 We have a travel cot for babies that can be provided if required. 📺 TV is available with the option of connecting to Apple TV or Chromecast. Channels are not available. 🏠 Unregistered guests are not allowed. 🚭 No smoking indoors or outdoors. Drugs and partying are also not allowed. P️ Free parking - there is space for two cars by the apartment. If more spaces are needed, there is guest parking nearby. 🔌 The rental location does not have an electric car charger available - the nearest Tesla Supercharger is located at Stoa and Lillesand (about 20 minutes' drive from the apartment).
