Villa Christelle Luxury Pescoluse is located just 800 meters from the renowned sandy beach of Pescoluse. The space The entrance to the villa is via a driveway surrounded by a lush garden. At the entrance to the Villa, there is a comfortable covered area where you can have lunch or enjoy a wonderful, relaxing evening. From here, you can access the living area, which is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large dining area. Surrounding the living room are the four bedrooms, three of which are double and one is triple, served by two full bathrooms, the first with a shower and the second with a bathtub. The villa features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen from which you can access the outdoor area, which includes a swimming pool for exclusive use, the highlight of the property. The brand-new swimming pool ensures maximum well-being. The pool area is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, loungers, and swing chairs, allowing guests to enjoy the warm Salento sun. Alternatively, guests can have fun with friends by playing foosball or table tennis, which are also available for their use. The outdoor area of the villa includes an annex consisting of a kitchenette with a small dining area, two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), and a bathroom with a shower. The available appliances and amenities include: air conditioning (in the bedrooms of the villa and in the living room of the annex), free Wi-Fi, barbecue, electric oven, fireplace, ping-pong table, foosball table, deck chairs, umbrellas, refrigerator, hairdryer, microwave, iron, flat-screen TV, and an indoor parking area with 4 parking spaces. In case of need, please inform the property before arrival. - Linen change Available upon request, with an additional cost of €15 per person. - Tourist tax Payable upon check-in: €1.80 per person per night, from 1 June to 30 September, for adults only. The tax is not included in the accommodation price. - Domestic animals Pets are welcome in our villa and there is a surcharge. It is mandatory to indicate their presence at the time of booking. Any pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or require an additional payment on site. - Electric car charging It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric cars or plug-in hybrids using the outlets of the house or common areas, not ready for such use. Consumption included refers exclusively to normal use of the property.
