Villa Christelle Luxury Pescoluse is located just 800 metres from the renowned sandy beach of Pescoluse. The space The villa is accessed via a driveway surrounded by a lush garden. At the entrance, guests are welcomed by a comfortable covered patio, ideal for enjoying lunch or spending a relaxing evening outdoors. From here, you enter the living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a spacious dining area. Around the living room are four bedrooms, including three double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, served by two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The villa also features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that leads to the outdoor area, where the private swimming pool is the main highlight of the property. The newly built pool offers the perfect setting for relaxation. The poolside area is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor sofas and swings, allowing guests to enjoy the warm Salento sunshine or have fun with friends playing table football or table tennis, both available on site. The outdoor area also includes an independent annex consisting of a kitchenette with a small dining area, two bedrooms—one double and one with a bunk bed—and a full bathroom with shower. Amenities and services include air conditioning (located in the bedrooms of the main villa and in the living area of the annex), free Wi-Fi, barbecue, electric oven, fireplace, table tennis, table football, sun loungers, parasols, refrigerator, hairdryer, microwave, iron, flat-screen TV and private parking for up to four cars. Any pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or may result in an additional charge being requested on site. * Electric vehicle charging Charging electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the sockets inside the accommodation or in the communal areas is strictly prohibited, as they are not designed for this purpose. The utilities included in the stay cover only normal use of the accommodation. Any unauthorised charging will result in the loss of the security deposit and the guest being charged the full cost of any damage caused to the electrical system.
