The living space is flowing with a lounge, free standing King size 4 poster bed, sofa, storage and hanging space, breakfast bar, intimate dining area, kitchen area with the open planned area serviced by a shower room.  Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen - The compact kitchen includes an oven, two-burner electric hob, sink, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, tea/coffee facilities with complimentary tea and coffee, and all essential cookware. Basic condiments such as olive oil, salt and pepper are provided, with more available on request. We have some jazz lighting built into the area, which sets the contemporary area a light.  Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating throughout the open plan living area.  Relax in the living area with a large smart TV, offering Netflix and Prime streaming plus sky and all channels and stay connected with our Wi-Fi.  The Bathroom is equipped with a quadrant shower area and electric power shower, Toilet, Sink with electric tap. Vanity unit, electric heated towel rail. Towels are provided for your comfort during your stay, along with toilet rolls. It also has a small slabbed outdoor space that overlooks the meadow. There is a table, two chairs, and a large parasol.   Your perfect getaway awaits in our tiny home! Other things to note This property is not suitable for persons with limited mobility. Transport: Matlock Train Station (10 min walk), Matlock main Bus station (7 min walk), bus route and bus stops within 2 mins. Taxis are easy and frequent. Walking and cycling is easy. Note: you can get the train to Matlock Bath, Cromford, Derby, Nottingham.
