Studio of 32 m² to 30 meters from the beautiful beach of Val André, the 2ond floor of a recent luxury apartment with a digital lock and lift. The building is located in a pedestrian lane in the heart of the resort with immediate access to the beach (no road to cross ...) opposite the casino, and a great glacier, and close to shops and spa. Kitchen diner equipped with multifunction oven, ceramic hob, fridge. 1 sofabed BZ with quality mattress for 2 people 1 large screen TV with DVD player + 1 cabin (small room) with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190. Wireless Internet (WiFi) A small balcony (for smokers!) Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Parking on the street or in the various car parks free nearby. Val-André is a lively resort all year. Besides its splendid sandy beach (supervised, and perfect for children), it offers many activities: a casino (with an open equipped digital cinema and 3D 7/7 and a theater), spa, golf, a nightclub, several sailing centers, a kitesurfing school, an equestrian center, tennis courts, and a swimming pool, among others. Those who want to explore the seabed (beautiful) will do in Erquy, the next station, a distance of 10 Km). The Verdelet, an emblematic islet of the station, was nature reserve of seabirds since 1973. The charming port of Dahouët, located 2 km (which is the goal of a beautiful coastal walk) you can buy fresh fish at the fishing return, or embark on Pauline, an old rig, or on a boat a fishing trip. Initially Erquy, you can embark on the island of Bréhat (jewelry), and Saint-Malo (52 km, and a lively city that deserves a visit) to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, or for coastal walks (visit the Emerald coast that deserves its name). And if you get seasick, you can always go fishing on foot on the beach of the Valleys, to Jospinet, or in the cove of Piégu in search of mussels, oysters, clams, clams, cockles and other green crabs. The Friday market, gourmet grocery stores and many restaurants in the station can discover the Breton gastronomy (lovers of seafood, fish and buckwheat cakes will feast). The casino has installed a few tables on the Dike (the beachfront), where it is nice to have a drink late in the day or after a walk. time concerts can also listen to any time in the evening, and on the Admiralty Square (2 minutes walk). Val-André is also a good starting point for hiking. The coast is magnificent and river mouths reserve beautiful surprises for the curious. The legendary site of Cap Frehel and cliffs by rosy heather is only 23 km. Erquy, its Cape, beaches and Blue Lakes might be a nice ride. The village of Moncontour, rated one of the most beautiful villages in France, is 30 km, and it provides a good step for the exploration of Britain center, offering beautiful discoveries to amateur small rural heritage, the fishing or fly fishing, and preserved environments. Horse lovers will not miss the stud farm of Lamballe (18 km), which organizes horse shows throughout the year. Finally, for the brave willing to do a little car, two obvious possibilities 100 Km max: the coast to Saint-Malo (and beyond!) on one side, and the visit of the Pink Granite Coast (thus push up Port-Blanc, especially if you like marine variations ...) In short: impossible to get bored!
