This property is a private entire house rental, and only your group will have access during your stay. There are stairs inside the house connecting the 1st to 2nd floors. If you are traveling with elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty using stairs, please confirm this before making a reservation. ▼ For Guests Arriving by Car 1 Free Parking Space Available You may park one vehicle for free on the property. ▼ Maximum Occupancy The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. Please retrieve the key from the key box to enter the property. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via message 3 days before, 1 day before, and on the day of arrival. 🧳 Luggage Storage • Before check-in: Available upon request if you contact us at least 3 days in advance.
 • After check-out: Please use coin lockers near the station. ⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out Requests must be made between 8:30 AM–6:00 PM on the previous day.

Same-day last-minute requests cannot be accommodated. House Rules & Policies To maintain a clean and high-quality environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these rules. 🚫 Prohibited Activities & Penalties If violations are confirmed, restoration costs and the following fees will be charged: 1. Unauthorized late check-out: ¥3,300 per hour (including partial hours) 2. Leaving personal belongings behind: Disposal fees will apply. 3. Smoking (including e-cigarettes & incense):
Strictly non-smoking property, including the balcony.
Special cleaning fees will be charged if violated. 4. Moving furniture without permission:
Restoration fees will apply. 5. Noise complaints after 9:00 PM:
If neighbors file complaints, immediate eviction without refund may occur. ⚠ Additional Notes • Hot water usage:
 Leaving hot water running for an extended period may activate the gas safety system and temporarily stop hot water. • Mail & deliveries:
 Mail or packages cannot be sent to the property. • Parking:
 Street parking is strictly prohibited. Please use the designated parking space. • Change in number of guests:
 Notify us at least 1 week before check-in.
