We offer our habitat (3.2 ha) and a summer house surrounded by the Górznieńsko-Lidzbarski Landscape Park (NATURA 2000), which is part of the Brodnickie Lake District. Here you will find extraordinary peace and in close contact with nature you will spend wonderful days without haste with your loved ones. We are looking forward to your visit! The space The habitat is 20 km from Brodnica and only 170 km from Warsaw - direction Płońsk-Drobin-Bieżuń-Żuromin-Lidzbark-Gutowo (direction to Brodnica). Around the habitat there are arable fields, meadows and a forest (mainly deciduous trees with a predominance of beech and oak), where there are beautiful forest ducts intended for cycling and trekking routes and ideal for avid runners. An 800-meter private road leads to the habitat. A brick and fully basemented house from 1972 with an area of about 100 m2 after a general renovation, with an attic. In addition, in the yard there is an outbuilding and brick and stone remains of a shed, a large yard - all fenced with a wooden fence. House heating - electric and original, fully functional tiled stoves in two bedrooms, and in the large room a closed fireplace with heat distribution. Water intake from its own deep well. In the garden there are fruit trees – apple trees, plums and walnuts, as well as shrubs. Stone fireplace, large patio (about 20 m2) made of oiled spruce boards. For children, there is a wooden house with a veranda.
