Guest access Guests have access to their private room or cottage, common sit out areas, garden spaces and walking paths around the property. The river beside Kahani can be enjoyed from designated spots. All shared spaces are designed for quiet use, relaxation and soaking in the natural surroundings. Guests can reach out to the host at any time during their stay for assistance with the property, local guidance, meals, or any concerns. We are available to ensure your stay is comfortable, smooth and truly relaxing. Other things to note House Rules & Important Notes Kahani by Pine is a peaceful mountain retreat designed for slow living and quiet experiences. We request guests to be mindful of the space and surroundings. • Check in is at 12 pm and check out is at 10 am. • Late check out is available at Rs. 500 with prior intimation. Extensions beyond four hours will be charged at half day rates, after which a full day charge applies. • The property is located 200–300 metres from the parking area and requires a short walk to reach. • Outdoor food is not permitted inside the property. • Two set of towels are provided with cottage. Extra towels are available on request at Rs. 50 per towel. • Please maintain silence during late evening hours to respect other guests and nature. • We are a nature focused property, so occasional insects and power fluctuations may occur. • Any damage to property or loss of items will be chargeable.
