Small apartment: introductory price

As a new host, I look forward to your feedback and initial reviews! For exclusive use, there are 2.5 bedrooms, a spacious ante-bathroom, a large closet, a shower and toilet, a workstation, as well as a coffee and tea station, a toaster, and two cooktops. Shared use of the kitchen (in the host area) is also possible upon request. The property is located near the Ilm Cycle Path, and Weimar is also within easy reach. Whether you're a contractor, a single person, a couple, or a family—with or without a pet—you're welcome here. The space 🛏 Sleep: The sleeping areas are located on the pointed floor. There are two small rooms, each with a single bed (90 × 200cm). Between these two rooms is an area with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) designed as a passage room. The access to the pointed floor is via an alternate staircase (steeper than a normal staircase). The beds are made of organic alder wood. The bed linen is also made from high-quality organic materials. (I can offer a small extra bed for children on request) 🚿 Hygiene / Washing / Showering: On the 1st floor there is a spacious front bathroom with two sinks. Adjacent is a bathroom with shower, shower gels and shampoo, toilet, toilet paper, and a dryer. The shower has a standard shower head and a rain shower, as well as a small shower tray where children can bathe. You will find a bath towel and a hand towel on your bed. The towels are also of high organic quality. ☕ Drinks & small kitchen: There is a small ceramic hob with two hotplates, a toaster, a kettle as well as the possibility to prepare coffee. On request, I am also happy to provide something for breakfast as requested (exclusive). 🏠 Ground floor: The host's private premises are located on the ground floor. On request, washing machine, kitchen and dining area can also be used. (If shared use is desired, please request before booking as my presence is required for shared use). Guest access Access to the guest area is via the hallway in the house entrance. From there, a staircase leads to the upper floors. If I am unable to welcome you in person, I will leave a key and let you know before check-in where you can find the key to the house and the apartment. Other things to note You can safely lock your bikes in the bike shed and load them there if necessary. On request, I am happy to introduce some chickens – a small feeding with a touch of cloth is possible. The two parking spaces in front of the house can be used free of charge. Due to technical delays in synchronizing the calendar (30–60 minutes), double bookings are theoretically possible, although in practice they are unlikely. However, if there is a double booking, I will be transparent about this in both directions and offer a discount of around 40%. If double occupancy is not possible, or if you do not want it, you can simply cancel in that case. (There has practically never been a double booking, so this text module is just in case!)
