The space BEDROOM The bedroom is designed as a restful retreat, featuring a generous double queen bed. KITCHENETTE The compact kitchenette is designed for convenience and everyday cooking. It features a sink, a two-burner hob, a microwave, a kettle, a French press for coffee and a small fridge with a freezer compartment — everything needed for preparing simple meals during your stay. BATHROOM The bathroom is simple and functional, offering a shower, wash basin and toilet. RESIDENCE AMENITIES Residents also have access to thoughtfully designed shared spaces within the residence, including comfortable work areas ideal for remote working or meetings, as well as a cinema room, a gym and a sauna - ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the region. Things to know: Access to the building and rooms is provided via a digital key by downloading the SALTO KS app. Please check if the app is available in your app store before booking. The laundry is located on the ground floor; it is equipped with washers and dryers that can be used via an app (please note this service is at an additional cost). An iron and ironing board are also available free of charge in the laundry room. Pets are welcome ( 1 per unit and no exotic animals or birds), but you must inform us at the time of booking. The units are non-smoking, however it is permitted on the 4th floor terrace. Parties are prohibited. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 18 years old. Please notes security cameras are present in all the communal spaces. Parking is available on demand and comes with a fee. The parking lot is located about 100 m from the building. The daily rate remains set at €10 for the guest.
