House close to the Coastline and Mourne Mountains

My home is situated in a cul-de-sac with free off road parking and just a short walk down to the Annalong coastal path, beaches and the local shops. Silent Valley and Dunnywater Forest are just a few minute drive. There is access to hiking trails from both places. PLEASE REMOVE FOOTWEAR WHEN ENTERING MY HOME. . The space Please note there is no access any cooking facilities. A vegetarian continental style, breakfast is available for an additional £9.50 per person ,payable in cash and needs to be ordered in advance as I have to buy the fresh foods.. PLEASE NOTE - NO SMOKING, VAPING OR BURNING OF CANDLES ALLOWED IN THE GUEST ROOM OR ANY OF THE PUBLIC SPACES USED BY GUESTS. If guests lose the keys they will incur the cost of replacement including locksmith costs to change front door lock. Please note the guest room is accessed by a flight of stairs. The flooring in the house is laminate and tiles.The shower cubicle may be difficult for older people as slippery and no grab handles.
