The building has 3 floors. Living room with fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV and terrace access. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Modern bathroom with infrared sauna. From the basement, there is an entrance to the covered outdoor terrace with garden seating and the property. The property is fenced. The space Home Chata Relax in Rozsochatka offers accommodation for up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms and rooms The building has 3 floors. Upper floor: Bedroom: Queen-size bed for 2 people (1st section), 2 single beds (2nd section). Middle floor: Common room: Living room with 2 single beds, which also includes a full pull-out bed. Also, a sofa, a wood-burning stove, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and access to an outdoor wooden terrace, where a hot tub is available in season. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Basement: Modern bathroom with a flush toilet, a shower area, and an infrared sauna. From the basement, there is access to an outdoor covered terrace with a grill and garden seating, as well as an exit to the property. Sanitary 1 flush toilet, 1 shower area, 1 infrared sauna. Other things to note Excursions, Attractions, Entertainment In the village of Rozsochatec, there is a grocery store, a pub offering food and light refreshments, a country club with music and dancing according to the current program, a children's playground behind the store, a soccer field, and a castle with a freely accessible park. Natural beauty and panoramic views: Železné hory (Protected Landscape Area) – a vast protected landscape area featuring deep forests, cliffs, and valleys. Ideal for hiking and biking. Suggested trips: Doubrava Valley near Chotěboř – a dramatic river gorge with rapids, rock formations, and an educational trail. A very popular destination for day trips (about 11 minutes by car). Zuberský vrch Lookout Tower – a new, modern lookout tower offering views of the Železné Mountains, the Vysočina Region, and, in good visibility, the Krkonoše Mountains (approx. 12 miles / 20 km away). Seč Reservoir – a recreational area where you can swim, go boating, fish, or take a boat tour. In summer, it's the perfect place for refreshments (about 15.5 miles away). Castles, palaces, and historical landmarks: Žleby Castle – a fairytale-like, romantic castle with a rich history, a park, and falconry demonstrations. Recommended for families with children! (34 km). Chotěboř Castle – a smaller but beautiful Baroque castle with a castle park and a museum (6.9 km / 4.3 miles). Lichnice Castle – castle ruins offering beautiful views, newly renovated lookout points, and an accessible tower. A beautiful picnic spot (24 km). Nové Hrady Castle – a unique Rococo “Versailles of Bohemia” with a French garden and a cycling museum (42 km). Hiking, cycling, and leisure activities: Right above the cottage, we can recommend a walk along the yellow trail to the ruins of Ronovec Castle (approx. 3.5 km / 2.2 miles). The Podoubraví Nature Trail – connecting nature with information about the region, its fauna, flora, and history. Jihlava Zoo, a great choice for families with children (30 km). Bike path around Seč – a leisurely route with stops for swimming or refreshments. Outdoor swimming pool in Horní Studenec – clear water, peaceful surroundings, ideal for a summer refreshment. Rope park in Humpolec or the Šikland recreation area – adventure for children and adults (within a 40-minute drive). Relaxation and regional experiences: The Herbal Garden in Vlčí Habřín – a fragrant stop for lovers of herbs, teas, and natural cosmetics. Lom Borek – a natural swimming area popular not only with those seeking a refreshing dip in crystal-clear water, but also with divers, who, in addition to fish and crayfish, will find other surprises beneath the surface, such as an Ikarus articulated bus, a Wartburg car wreck, and the Stejskanik submarine, a former water tank. (14 km). Chotěboř Family Brewery – option for a tour and tasting of local beer. Veselý Kopec Museum – an open-air museum of folk architecture and traditional crafts, with an extensive seasonal program and a stylish pub (27 km). Cultural and spiritual sites Želiv Monastery – a Baroque complex with a rich history, a church, and a brewery (34 km). St. Vitus Church in Havlíčkův Brod – a Gothic gem overlooking the town (8 km). The Vysočina Museum in Havlíčkův Brod – for lovers of history, art, and regional attractions. In Havlíčkův Brod, a bowling alley and the Fabrika restaurant. Winter opportunities: Enjoy the indoor pool in Havlíčkův Brod, or head straight to Vodní ráj in Jihlava, the largest water park in the Vysočina region. For skiers – the nearest ski resort is Svatá Anna, Vysoká u Hav. Ski, snowboard, and sled enthusiasts will also find a ski resort in Hlinsko, including the option to use the local rental shop. For a more extensive skiing experience, you can head to Nové Město.
