Cozy cottage in the Frisian Lakes area. Ideal for active & conscious groups of friends, teams, or small-scale retreats. Here you will find everything you need to connect and recharge: peace, nature, animals, fire pit, sauna & ice bath (use of the wellness area included in the price). A place where you can be together and do something. With 3 bedrooms (one of which is a master bedroom), the cottage can accommodate 6–8 people. Optionally bookable: 75m² group room with extra beds, shower/toilet, table for 14 people. For yoga, exercise, ceremonies. The space Cozy cottage with wooden walls, soft natural tones, and vintage details. The living room has a well-equipped open kitchen, a cozy round dining table with chairs, and a wonderfully comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality pans (PFAS-free), a hand blender, and basic supplies such as olive oil, herbs, onion, garlic, oatmeal, nuts, seeds, coffee, tea, (plant-based) milk, fresh ginger, mint, and lemon. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200) and one with two single beds (four beds in total). Upstairs, there is a spacious sleeping area of approximately 60 m² under authentic wooden beams, with a double bed (180×200) and two single beds (four beds in total). The beds are comfortable and of good quality. They can be arranged differently on request, to suit the composition of the group. Extra beds are also available. The bathroom is neat and equipped with a rain shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. During the high season (April–November), an additional shower and toilet are also available by the outdoor kitchen. From the cottage, you have access to a private garden with a terrace and views of the animal pasture. Adjacent is the vegetable garden (under construction), where you can use fresh herbs. (Photos to follow ASAP due to garden redesign and grass seeding.) Through the kitchen, you enter the adjacent barn area. From here, you can access the optional group room and the garden with outdoor kitchen and wellness area (sauna, ice bath, and fire pit). For extra space or if you are coming with a larger group, the group room can be rented as well. It has a kitchenette, a large table for 12 people, and an additional shower and toilet. There are also additional sleeping options here, and the space is suitable for meetings, work, workouts, yoga, or meditation. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the cottage and the private garden with terrace. The garden, with its outdoor kitchen and wellness area (fire pit, sauna, and ice bath), is also exclusively for your use during your stay. This wellness garden is, however, closer to the host’s house. As a result, there is occasional visibility or a brief moment of contact is possible. We respect your privacy and will let you enjoy the place in peace and quiet as much as possible. The host’s private garden is located on the other side of the property and is out of sight. During your stay, there will be no other guests on the property. Some distance from the cottage, there is a Pipo trailer that is used as a practice space. Other things to note Rebårn is a place to be together, with respect for peace, nature and each other. The yard is located in a rural area with animals. The grounds are quiet at night; we ask for peace after 22:30. No parties or loud music. If you want to organize something special or deviate from this, please contact us in advance, we are happy to think about what is possible. Pets are not allowed. The price includes use of the sauna, the ice bath and one wheelbarrow wood. The wellness (sauna/ice bath) requires careful use; instructions are provided. Parking is available on your own property. Bedding and towels are included. Our place is less decorated for babies and small children.
