Via the avenue lined with chestnut trees, the Seestraße, you can reach the Bansin Baltic Sea beach directly and straight ahead. Leave your car and enjoy your vacation stress-free. Due to the central location of the apartment, you can easily reach cafes, restaurants and restaurants as well as bakeries, supermarkets, train stations, etc. on foot. Usedomer Bäderbahn, Ostseebus and Kaiserbäderexpress run in regular traffic. Bike rental is available in the seaside resort. Your bright apartment (about 50 m²) is located on the upper floor of a detached house, which is located in a quiet residential area. There are 2 bright bedrooms, a combined kitchen/living room, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a hallway. You have a flat-screen satellite TV and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, dishes, cutlery, kettle and coffee machine. You enter the apartment through a separate entrance. Parking for cars is available 1 minute from the house. Seating is also available. Furthermore, you have a lockable bicycle shed. Smoking is not allowed in the house. The initial set of bed linens and one towel per person will be provided. If you need more towels or bath towels, you must bring them with you. The local visitor's tax is payable on arrival. Arrival is possible from 3 pm to 6 pm. Arrivals after 6 pm are only possible by appointment. We provide the apartment on the day of departure until 10 am. The apartment has free Wi-Fi.
