At the front of the home sits a spacious, formal dining room, creating a refined setting for shared meals or relaxed evenings. This space connects to the first living room, filled with natural light and classic charm, complete with elegant furnishings and a grand piano that adds to the home’s historic atmosphere. Further along the hallway, the home opens into a second, open-plan living and dining space with a comfortable lounge and TV, flowing into a spacious kitchen designed for relaxed family cooking. With generous bench space, quality appliances, a coffee machine, and a butler’s pantry for extra storage and preparation, the kitchen makes it easy to gather, cook, and share meals together. The bedrooms along the hallway offer comfortable proportions, old-world charm, and wardrobe storage. The primary suite features a super king bed, along with its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. The main bathroom features a bath, a separate shower, and double vanity.
