Other things to note 📍 Location and Useful Information Our property is located on the iconic Calle San Francisco, at the corner of Calle Portada. It is a prime location that allows guests to immerse themselves in the history and social life of Palma del Río without the need for a vehicle. 🏛 Tourist attractions within walking distance: In the heart of the city, the city's treasures are just a few steps away: the City Hall, located a few meters away; the Teatro Coliseo, just around the corner; the Monasterio de San Francisco, a short walk away; and Paseo Alfonso XIII, the city's green space and fairground, perfect for walking or enjoying local events. 🚗 Parking and Mobility Despite being a central area, you can easily park in the surrounding areas, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the pedestrian nature of the center. Thanks to the property's location, guests can also visit Córdoba and Seville conveniently and quickly: Córdoba is just 50 minutes away, with direct access via the A-431 highway or by train from Palma del Río station, with frequent Media Distancia connections that reach the center in about 40 minutes; and Seville is 1 hour away, with a drive of approximately 75 minutes through the Guadalquivir valley or by using the direct train, a convenient and sustainable option for a full-day excursion.
