Location & Surroundings Dat Landhuus is located just minutes from the North Sea. For your everyday needs, Varel and Bockhorn are within easy reach, offering everything from local shops to regional products with authentic North Sea flair, as well as cafes and restaurants. If you want to get some exercise, hop on your bike and ride through the vast, flat landscape, past fields, farms, and little paths that seem to lead nowhere and yet always end in a beautiful spot. Mudflat hikes, a climbing forest, golf, kitesurfing, long walks along the dike, an adventure water park, a visit to the thermal baths, or simply enjoying a slice of the world-famous rhubarb cake at the Kurhaus in Dangast while looking out over the sea. Between low tide and high tide, the landscape changes daily. At the end, you return to the Dat Landhuus. With a little wind in your hair, sand on your shoes, and the feeling of being exactly in the right place. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves – including all living areas, the kitchen, the bedroom, and the outdoor spaces. In the neighborhood there are agricultural farms with cows and bulls – on warm days, the typical scent of country life can occasionally be perceptible🐄. In the morning you can sometimes hear the rooster crowing or barking a farm dog.
