Casa Aramis 2 - Comfortable accommodation by the sea

Welcome to our vacation home ARAMIS in Lu Pultiddolu in northern Sardinia. The house consists of 2 separate, completely independent apartments, each with its own ground-level entrances. The following description refers only to the lower apartment, ARAMIS 2. The upper apartment (ARAMIS 1) is offered separately. Of course, it is also possible to book both apartments. Please write to us if you are interested. The space The apartment ARAMIS 2 has a large, fully equipped terrace (about 30 sqm), as well as a living area of about 60 sqm. The house is located in the quiet residential area "Lu Pultiddolu", in the northwest of Sardinia and is in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Rena Majore, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Sardinian west coast. The fine sandy beach is also suitable for families with children, as the beach slopes down particularly gently. The house is only about a 10-minute drive from Santa Teresa di Gallura and about a 5-minute drive from the village of Rena Majore. Santa Teresa is a city on the northern tip of Sardinia. Many cozy restaurants, pizzerias, bars, small cafes, and plenty of shopping are hidden in the narrow streets. The holiday village of Rena Majore also has a small piazza where you can find a supermarket, kiosk, pizzeria, bars, pharmacy, etc. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to the sea: the beach of Rena Majore is only about a 5-minute walk from the property! No roads need to be crossed! Directly from the property, it is also possible to walk or hike for kilometers along the coast towards the south. For guests with dogs: Even in the high season there are several beautiful beaches where dogs are allowed (reachable by car in about 10-15 minutes). By car you can reach numerous other beautiful beaches of the west coast in a short time (Naracu Nieddu 10 min.Vignola Mare 15 min.) as well as the somewhat more lively surfing & beach highlights on the east coast (Porto Liscia 20 min., Porto Pollo 25 minutesPalau 30 min., …). Or you can treat yourself to a trip to Corsica, the ferry runs several times a day from Santa Teresa to Bonifacio (journey time about 45 minutes) and back. The nearby "Capo Testa" (10 minutes) with its impressive rock formations offers variety for all nature-loving walkers and hikers. The famous "Costa Smeralda" can be reached by car in about 50 minutes, the Monte Limbara mountains in about 60 minutes. Other sports activities near the property include windsurfing, kitesurfing, horseback riding, diving, climbing and canoeing. Other things to note If requested, we can offer you day sailing trips from Santa Teresa for an additional fee. The day trips with our Beneteau-Segelyacht take place by arrangement from about 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please note that the sailing excursions in the low season (01.10. to 31.05.) can only take place on weekends. During the excursion we will anchor in 2 coves where our guests can bathe and snorkel. We have diving goggles and snorkels on board and can also provide a sup surfboard if desired... Different destinations can be reached. For example, the southern tip of Corsica, the island of Lavezzi, in the south of Corsica, various bays on the northeast coast or the Maddalena archipelago are possible. We select the destination, as well as the beaches and coves of course, also after the wind direction, so that the anchorage is as wind-protected as possible and offers good conditions for snorkeling and swimming. As drinks we offer a welcome drink (with or without alcohol), white wine, beer, water and soft drinks. For lunch there is antipasti, a vegetarian main course and a dessert.
