The apartment is organized in three open and communicating rooms: a sleeping area with beds, a hallway with an open closet from which you can access the bathroom, and a kitchen space with a dining table. Outside, a cool private porch with a table and chairs invites you to relax. Guests can also enjoy the panoramic pool, relaxation courtyard and terrace overlooking the Valdinievole. The space Collina Toscana Agriturismo & Apartments is an ancient farmhouse converted from a fief that belonged to the Medici family, one of the most important families in Tuscan history. Staying here means entering a place that still retains the charm of the countryside of the past: the hills, the olive trees, the stone, the silence, and that feeling of authentic Tuscany that is not constructed, but inherited. Over the years, the farmhouse has been transformed into a welcoming agritourism, maintaining its connection to the land and its history. The property houses four independent apartments, each with its own character, where Tuscan style meets modern comfort. This apartment, called "Cozzile," is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and has direct access to a porch for exclusive use, furnished with a table and chairs. It is a very pleasant space to spend time in during the day: perfect for having a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors, reading a book, enjoying the silence of the countryside, or even working in peace. Inside, it consists of a cozy and spacious sleeping area and a separate room with a kitchenette hidden in an elegant retractable closet and a table with chairs: a convenient solution for those who want a bit of independence during their stay. There is also a hallway with an exposed closet, which is useful for organizing luggage and clothes during your stay. From here you can access the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower. The interiors maintain a simple and rustic style, in harmony with the farmhouse and the surrounding landscape. It's an ideal solution for those looking for an authentic, quiet and practical stay. Accommodates up to 3 people. Upon request, we can add a camping cot or an extra bed, based on availability and the number of guests. Guests can enjoy large outdoor common areas: a panoramic swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a terrace overlooking the Valdinievole, and a courtyard with sofas and tables, with both shaded and sunny areas, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Olive groves and rows of vineyards extend around the farmhouse, with large green spaces perfect for meditation, yoga or holistic disciplines, or simply to enjoy the silence of the countryside. From here, there are also ideal routes for trekking, nature walks or e-bike excursions through the Tuscan hills. We are in the hills, so we recommend arriving by car to move around more freely and easily visit nearby villages, spas, wineries, and cities of art. If you don't have your own means of transport, we will be happy to help you arrange private transfers upon request and based on availability. Guest access Guests have access to the entire booked apartment and to the common areas of the agriturismo, designed to experience the Tuscan countryside with calm, freedom, and simplicity. During your stay, you can relax in the panoramic pool, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor toilet, enjoying the view of the hills and the colors of the Valdinievole. There is also a terrace with a view of the pool, ideal for stopping to read, chat or simply look at the landscape; an outdoor courtyard with sofas, perfect for relaxing moments in the shade; and green spaces among olive trees and vineyards, where you can breathe in the authentic atmosphere of the countryside. Inside the farmhouse, there is also a room dedicated to breakfasts or small events and a tasting room, where we organize experiences related to oil, wine and the flavors of the area. Parking is available free of charge on the property. Other things to note BREAKFAST: During your stay, you can add our breakfast, freshly prepared by Kristin, with typical Tuscan sweet and savory products, homemade cakes, and local, zero-kilometer ingredients. Breakfast costs: - €12.50 per adult - free for children up to 6 years old - €6.00 for children aged 6 to 10 SWIMMING POOL: On the day of arrival, the use of the pool is free, and you can access it from 10:00 AM (therefore, even before the check-in time for the apartment). On the day of check-out, if you wish to spend a few more hours by the pool, you can extend your use for a surcharge of €15.00 per sunbed and umbrella. Each spot can accommodate up to 3 adults, subject to availability. Umbrellas are subject to availability: those with the "reserved" tag are already booked, while you can freely use the available umbrellas. ACCOMMODATION TAX: Please note that upon arrival, payment of the accommodation tax of €2.00 per person per night is required, as required by the Municipality of Monsummano Terme.
