Stonecroft Annexe

The annexe is part of our home but completely separate living. Decorated and furnished to a high standard you’ll have a lounge diner, fully equipped modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Ample parking area with two dedicated spaces, a small outside space area for alfresco dining. Owners are happy to provide washing facilities if needed. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Views of Glastonbury Tor and many local walks. Public EV charging 12 minutes drive away. The space A large downstairs living space with two sofa's, glass dining table for four guests, 42" tv, some Sky channels and Netflix, wifi, self controlled central heating, plus additional electric fire for added warmth. Patio doors overlooking our lovely garden. The well equipped modern kitchen leads off the lounge/dining area and includes double oven/microwave, fridge/freezer dishwasher plus induction hob. Toaster and electric kettle complete the facilities. Downstairs is also a second bathroom with loo and power shower. Stairs lead to a large double bedroom, king size bed , small wardrobe , dressing table plus a single bed should it be required. Views to the back garden. Second twin bedroom plus bathroom with loo and shower over a 3/4 bath. All towels are provided. Addition cupboard space on the landing. Large drive and parking area, shared with the owners but two dedicated parking spaces. Outdoor space is private with a small patio table and chairs for alfresco dining. Separate entry to the annexe is via a boot room also providing hanging space for coats. We are located in a lovely quiet village, 4 miles from Glastonbury to the west and 4 miles from Shepton Mallet to the east. A few minutes walk from a delightful village pub with good ales and cider on tap, plus an excellent restaurant. Local walks up and around West Pennard hill will keep you fit. Glastonbury Tor is a few minutes drive away and a must climb for the fit and able. Four golf courses within 30 minutes drive and a further five courses within 45 minutes drive. Westhay nature reserve close by plus the famous Somerset Levels, Wells cathedral are all must see sites. 2027 sees the return of the Glastonbury Festival and the Glastonbury Abbey Music Extravaganza, both a few minutes drive away or can cycle or an hours walk over the hill to Pilton. Guest access Whole annexe is self contained and guests have full access; Small outside space with table and chairs available; Parking in front drive with two dedicated spaces; Separate access to the annexe via boot room; Other things to note Best avoid driving in or out during school term time between 3pm and 3:45pm as the lane fills up with parents cars fetching children from the nearby primary school. No problem any other time.
