Welcome to Sørlandet with sun and warmth. Our house offers space for play and fun, and proximity to all the experiences that Sørlandet has to offer -> Dyrepark (animal park), Kunstsilo (art center), the archipelago, and beaches. The house looks new and modern, with two floors featuring open-plan layouts that create a spacious feel. A large furnished terrace can be used for barbecuing and socializing. A treadmill and weights are fitness equipment available in the house for those who want to work out during their vacation. Toys and games can be used for a perfect family vacation in Sørlandet! The space The house contains the following: 1st floor: Entrance, bathroom, laundry room, 3 bedrooms 2nd floor: Bathroom, 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a large terrace outside the living room and kitchen. The residential area is close to forests and fields, with hiking trails near the house. In the residential area, there are 3 playgrounds, two of the closest ones being visible from the terrace. Both Rema 1000 at Brennåsen and Coop at Nodeland are a 2-minute drive away, or a 15-minute walk. It is a 10-minute drive to the center of Kristiansand, which offers shopping, nightlife, cafes, Kunstsilo, and the Aquarama water park, which is recommended for families. The Høyt og Lavt climbing park, or an indoor climbing gym, are also available in Kristiansand city center for those who want an active vacation. The zoo is located on the east side of downtown Kristiansand and is a 20-minute drive away. If you want the archipelago and beach life, we recommend taking a 10-minute drive to Søgne, where there are several nice spots along the waterfront. Other things to note There are a total of 4 rooms. 2 rooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. A total of 8 sleeping places; it is also possible to put a mattress on the floor in the master bedroom, if an extra sleeping place is desired, so that there are 9 sleeping places. If you are bringing a baby or a young child, there is also a crib and the option of a baby bed (side bed) if needed. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be included in the price for an additional fee. The price of NOK 200 per set includes bed linen and towels, payable in advance of your stay.
