The home is tucked away down a private road lined with other lake homes, creating a setting that feels both peaceful and welcoming. Guests have access to a private parking area just off the driveway. From there, a short path and one flight of stairs lead down to the home and the lake. Entry is through a screened-in porch, where you’re welcomed right away with beautiful lake views. Check-in is simple and convenient with an automated keypad. Inside, the main level opens into a bright, airy living space with plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table that seats six, and a smart TV for relaxing after a day on the water. Just across from the living room is a tastefully updated kitchen featuring white quartz countertops and everything you need to cook for your group, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, and generous counter space. For coffee lovers, there is both a drip coffee maker with a grinder and a French press, giving you great options to start the morning. Off the kitchen, you’ll find the first full bathroom, which is spacious and fully updated with matching white quartz finishes, a full tub, and a washer/dryer combo. Back through the living room, the staircase leads upstairs to four bedrooms, a second-floor deck, and a second full bathroom. At the top of the stairs, the primary bedroom is immediately to the right and includes a full bed, dresser, closet, and lovely lake views. Farther down the hall, the second bedroom offers another full bed and similar views of the water. At the end of the hall, the upstairs deck provides an additional place to relax and enjoy the lake breeze, scenery, and surrounding natural beauty. Continuing down the hall in the other direction, you’ll find the final two bedrooms, each with a twin bed and a large window that fills the room with natural light. At the end of the hall is the second full bathroom, also fully updated, with a standing shower and ample counter space for getting ready in the mornings or winding down at night. The outdoor spaces are just as much a highlight as the interior. Attached to the home is the lower screened porch, perfect for morning coffee, evening conversation, or simply taking in the view at any time of day. Just beyond that is a spacious stone patio with an outdoor dining table, grill, and umbrella for comfortable meals outside. As you continue down toward the water, you’ll find expansive lake frontage, a rare feature in the area. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home, though we ask that a few guidelines be followed for the neighbors. 1) Please only park in the marked parking zone and do not park on the beach or the road leading to the home. It is a shared road and cannot be blocked. 2) Our neighbor's beach is on the immediate right of ours, with no natural barrier. The tree marks the end of our beach. Please do not use their beach or dock. 3) Please be respectful and mindful of noise, especially after 9pm and before 8am. Thank you for helping keep our community pleasant for all!
