The space The main bedroom is a King-size room with a view of the Garden. There is also a double room overlooking the garden as well as a single room overlooking the estuary and Wales (amazing sunsets). The garden is very private and backs onto local woodland, accessible via a nearby alley, offering fantastic views over the estuary into Wales, a great spot for a picnic blanket and some drinks while the sun sets. There are three elevations in the garden, ending in a decked section at the very top, which is perfect for a BBQ or just enjoying the last of the sun's rays in the evening. You will often see foxes, birds and various wildlife in the garden. Guest access There are stairs leading into the property. Upon entering, there is a living area with a 4k TV (with netflix, amazon prime & Apple TV), board games, books, a log burner, and a dining area. There is a fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, pots, pans, oils, and spices, which you are welcome to use. There is also a dishwasher. The lean-to has a washing machine and drying rack for any laundry needs. Please note the lean‑to and the steps leading up to the property are shared spaces. Please be aware that the owner may occasionally need to access the storeroom or garden, located in a restricted area reached via the lean‑to, for garden maintenance or to retrieve tools. Advance notice will always be given, and the owner will not enter any main living areas without permission. Other things to note This property is well located for those visiting the Wave (an artificial Wave created for a surfing experience), Wales, which offers various surfing spots as well as tourism experiences in Cardiff, Newport and Barry Island (home to Gavin & Stacey).
