Large farmhouse with pool!

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It can accommodate 3 families in an idyllic, scenic setting. It includes 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a dormitory for teens or children. One of the adult bedrooms is also equipped with a crib and 2 single beds to accommodate a family. The accommodation and the 1.5-hectare park with a 5 x 11 secured swimming pool (heated from May to September) will be fully at your disposal. The space The rental price does not include bed linen or cleaning. These services are available as options and upon request at the time of booking for approval. Pets are allowed, but please note that the park is not fenced off! Guest access You will have access to: In the house: - Kitchen (table for 12 people)/living room/play area/1 toilet/1 bathroom/4 bedrooms. Outside: - The 15,000 m² garden (trampoline, swings, hammocks, deckchairs, tables and chairs, etc.) - Car parking - 1 dry toilet - The large 100 m² barn (ping-pong table, sitting area, table, bar, etc.) - The pool barn - The swimming pool (5 x 11, deckchairs, umbrellas, games, etc.) Other things to note Bed linen is not included. Available as an option upon request when booking. The double beds (3 in total) measure 140 x 190 cm (55 x 75 inches), and each is equipped with a blanket, a duvet, a bolster, and two pillows. The single beds (6 in total) are 90 x 190 cm and come with a duvet and a pillow. Kitchen linen, toilet paper, sponges, condiments are provided. Housekeeping and linens are optional; please request them when booking. OPTIONS: - CLEANING: A cleaning kit with product is available in the accommodation. Cleaning at the end of the stay is offered as an option for €200. To be ordered during booking. Please note! The cleaning option does not exempt you from leaving the house tidy and in a suitable state of cleanliness (tidy, vacuumed/swept). The cleaning option includes washing floors, kitchen, toilets and bathrooms). - HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Linens are not provided as standard but are optional on request and subject to availability (to be confirmed when booking) at the rate of €15 per double bed and €10 per single bed (sheets/duvet cover/pillowcases). Towels (1 large and 1 small per person) are available as an option at a rate of €12 per person. All bedding (mattresses/duvets/pillows...) was renewed in 2021. A 7kg washing machine is available in the accommodation. For babies, a "umbrella" bed, a changing table, a high chair, pots ... It's an old and rustic house, a few low doorways and small windows but that's what makes it so charming!!! For exclusive lovers of contemporary and modernity, it won't be for you! The house is classified as a 3-star FURNISHED TOURIST property. The house does not have a reinforced terminal or plug for charging electric cars. Therefore, vehicle charging is not allowed.
