The space Just 10km from the picturesque town of Omiš and 16km from Split, Dalmatia’s largest city and port, Casa DalMare is minutes away from these two historic sites, while providing an exclusive, private getaway with the perfect blend of sun, sea and fresh country air, away from the large crowds and heavy coastline traffic. The villa is a modern, open-concept with an expansive outdoor living space. A large front terrace overlooks the countryside, and is the perfect spot for having one's morning coffee while watching the sun rise and relaxing to the sounds of nature. The large-sized swimming pool, patio and pool-side cabana are a perfect, secluded oasis with everything you need for elegant outdoor living and alfresco dining: shaded lounge & dining areas, kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, outside shower and bathroom. Depending on the time of year, you can pick your own fresh fruit for breakfast, such as Tugare's renowned black cherries, sour cherries, applies, figs, and grapes. Casa DalMare is the perfect home away from home with everything you need! Guest access Inside, guests have access to the entire villa with the exception of the locked pantry room. Outside, guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the pool mechanical room and garage. Other things to note Please note that my villa is ideal for families and/or couples traveling together. For groups of adults traveling together (families excepted), I also ask for an age requirement of 30 plus.
