In such cases, our self check-in/out procedure and lockbox with a code ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival. You’ll receive a detailed guide with step-by-step instructions the day before your stay, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment you arrive. Other things to note We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so here are a few helpful notes before your arrival: Flexible Check-in & Easy Access You can check in anytime after the official check-in time and come and go freely throughout your stay. There is no curfew. We will provide all necessary keys and self-check-in instructions, giving you convenient 24/7 access to the property. A Unique Train-View Experience Our home is located next to Hanoi’s famous train track, offering a truly unique local experience that can be enjoyed right from the garden. While the passing train can be quite exciting and occasionally noisy, the apartment is fitted with high-quality soundproof windows and doors to ensure a peaceful and comfortable night’s sleep indoors. Refreshing Mini-Pool The mini-pool uses unheated water at ambient temperature, making it perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days. To ensure the water is fresh and clean, we fill the pool upon request after your arrival. Airport Transfer Service For your convenience, we can arrange airport pickup and drop-off services at an additional cost. We work with experienced drivers and clean, modern vehicles to ensure a safe and hassle-free journey. Since the drivers are already familiar with the property, you won’t have to worry about finding the location. Of course, if you’d like a more budget-friendly option and a chance to experience Hanoi like a local, public transportation and airport buses are also excellent choices.
