Exposed stone and natural wood interact with contemporary lines, creating an intimate and harmonious space that combines tradition with modern comfort. Strategically located between mountains and lakes, near Madesimo, St. Moritz, and Lake Como, it is surrounded by greenery and ideal for a rejuvenating stay in any season. The space The apartment can comfortably accommodate couples, families, small groups of friends or smart workers in search of an evocative and quiet place. Double room with a 160×200 cm bed and double pillows, designed to ensure maximum comfort. Open loft on the bedroom below, with a 140×200 cm French bed, ideal for children or teenagers. Living room with double sofa bed (160×200 cm), perfect as an additional sleeping space or relaxation area. The modern bathroom is divided into two separate environments: first space with a large shower, sink and closet with washing machine; second space with toilet and bidet, for convenience and privacy. The kitchen, with evocative exposed rock, is fully equipped with all the modern comforts: Nespresso coffee machine with cappuccinator, kettle, toaster, large refrigerator, microwave and everything you need to cook and feel at home. Outdoor spaces and nature: Outside you will find a private garden surrounded by greenery, a small exclusive retreat where you can enjoy the silence and views of the Alpine landscape.
