Casa La Granada is a bright and charming house with a large terrace that enjoys sunshine all day, with open views of the mountains on one side and the castle on the other. In the heart of Salobreña’s historic old town, opposite the Paseo de las Flores and just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, it offers a peaceful and carefully prepared setting, ideal for slowing down and fully enjoying both Salobreña itself and the surrounding area. The space The house accommodates up to 4 guests and includes 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom (160 × 200) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 × 190). There is also 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, towels and a hairdryer, as well as an additional WC on the ground floor. The living area is comfortable and features a Smart TV with an HDMI cable. The main kitchen is well equipped, with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, fridge with freezer, Italian moka pot and the essentials for cooking. Next to the terrace, there is also a small coffee corner / additional kitchenette with a Nespresso machine and an induction hob, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor space. For a comfortable stay, the house offers fibre Wi-Fi, fans, including a ceiling fan in the living area, heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack on the terrace. You will also find a few thoughtfully chosen touches, such as 100% cotton bed linen, quality towels, vegan soap and shampoo, board games, and organic extra virgin olive oil from our finca in Los Guájares. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the large private terrace. The house is entirely at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-in is self-service via a key box located outside the house, allowing for a simple and flexible arrival. All practical information is sent before arrival. Other things to note It is sometimes possible to park directly on the street, in front of the house or very nearby. When no space is available, we also provide parking options located a few minutes away on foot. If you arrive with luggage, you may stop for a few minutes in front of the house to unload. The house is set over several levels and includes stairs. The house does not have air conditioning, but it is equipped with fans. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. The terrace is a very pleasant place to spend time, but it can be windy on some days: the parasol must remain closed when not in use, and it is best not to leave light items outside when you are away.
