The space The property has only 16 apartments, which guarantees a much quieter and more relaxed atmosphere, ideal for resting without the noise of large complexes. Our apartments offer ocean views or partial ocean views, with none facing interior or unattractive areas, always ensuring a pleasant visual experience consistent with the Ibiza environment. The capacity varies according to the type, with apartments for a maximum of 3 or 5 people. Guest access The property has a swimming pool, private parking with video surveillance, a sports bar to enjoy sporting events and a selection of beers, as well as a restaurant with a menu where quality and price go hand in hand, all in an exclusive setting in Ibiza. During your stay Our Reception is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to midnight to assist guests and help them with anything they need during their stay. In addition, we have a 24-hour helpline for any emergency or inquiry outside those hours, so you always have assistance when you need it. Other things to note The pool is available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM. We offer continental breakfast from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. for €15 per person/breakfast. Our kitchen is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. In accordance with regulations and out of respect for the peace of all guests, no noise is allowed after 11:00 pm, thereby ensuring a quiet and restful environment. The building doesn't have elevator.
