Summer paradise with private swimming dock – Valdemarsvik

Family-friendly accommodation with the forest and the sea as neighbors, just five minutes from Valdemarsvik town center. The space On the property, there is a terrace overlooking Valdemarsviken with a dining area and barbecue. There’s also a playhouse, zip line, swing, and trampoline. A staircase takes you down the hill, and across the road, there is access to a private jetty with a perfect diving rock right next to it (the water is deep; our children swam and bathed with life jackets before they learned to swim). There is also a kayak here that can be borrowed, for example, to paddle over to Grännäs, where there is a sandy beach and mini golf. A few minutes’ walk along the forest road (part of the Östgötaleden trail), you will find the Månskensberget lookout point, and the center of Valdemarsvik, with a grocery store, state liquor store, shops, restaurants, and cafés, is just two kilometers away. The house consists of three floors: Upstairs, there is an open-plan bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a 120-cm bed and a 90-cm bed, as well as lots of books, toys, and LEGO. Mezzanine level with main entrance, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room with access to the sunroom. There is also a craft cabinet full of paints, pencils, coloring books, beads, etc. Basement with rough-in entryway, laundry room, toilet, and shower area, as well as one bedroom with a TV, one family bed (80 cm + 120 cm), and one sofa bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. BED LINEN & TOWELS Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. They can be rented for SEK 150/person – please let us know in advance!
