This stylish apartment is joined to the main house, but has its own access, private parking and enclosed side garden. We have a great outdoor space that embodies the English Countryside. There are horses on the property too! We are based 5 minutes from Scotch Corner and half a mile off the A1 at the Barton junction. 20 minutes from Darlington train station (lifts can be arranged at additional cost). 20 minutes from Richmond. Excellent walking to quaint pubs and villages. Dogs are welcome! The space "The Groom's Loft" is an apartment attached to the main house with its own access and parking. There is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and room for a baby cot in the living space. The living space is comprised of a TV, sitting area, ample cupboard space and a sink with amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You have a fully enclosed garden with private gated access. Food can be provided upon request and at a small additional cost. Dogs are more than welcome! Please note: we are located on a working farm with Horses and other animals nearby. Guest access Guests will have access through the back door of the property and will be given a code for entry into the apartment itself. There are stairs to climb, so this property may not be suitable for the elderly or wheel chair users.
