Cozy apartment on the 1st floor of a house

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Located just a few kilometers from the beaches of the Baie de Somme, you will enjoy its tranquility, its comfort, and, on sunny days, the private terrace. The apartment has been designed to offer you: - A cozy setting, carefully decorated. - A fully equipped kitchen area for a holiday that feels like home - a terrace for you to enjoy on sunny days The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house. We host up to 2 adults with 2 children. There are: - A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle...) - A lounge area with bench, coffee table and TV - Two sleeping areas: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe to store your clothes - An attic mezzanine with 2 single beds. Access is via a narrow, steep staircase. The space is secured by a gate. Designed in the attic, the mezzanine has a mansard roof on both sides. This area is particularly popular with children. - A bathroom with shower and a foldaway baby changing area. - A separate toilet - A private terrace with sunbeds, table, chairs, barbecue and sun umbrella. - A free parking space in front of the house. Please note that there is a pond at the back of the house, secured by a fence, and that children must remain under adult supervision. We accept no responsibility for any incident resulting from a lack of supervision. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note - The staircase leading to the mezzanine is steep and narrow. - The mezzanine is secured by a gate and a small door. - All baby equipment is available upon request - Access to the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, and drying rack) is available upon request. - There is a pond at the back of the house. It is fenced, and children are only allowed access under adult supervision.
