Rörum on Österlen is beautiful and peaceful. The small village, located a stone's throw from one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches, Knäbäckshusen, is home to many exciting small businesses. Here you will find Rörums Retro, Franskans Creperie and Mandelmanns gardens. In the small charming Österlen village of Rörum there are experiences, small businesses and peace and quiet. Beautiful and magnificent nature is just around the corner. ”You feel good here,” many of our guests say, and we can only agree. The space You will have access to the whole house, including the garden and patios for all hours of the sun. The house has a total area of about 160 m2. It is a new and fresh house on two floors. Directly outside, there is a wooden deck around most of the house with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture. On the ground floor of the house is the hall, kitchen, dining area, a living room area, laundry room, two bedrooms with double beds and a larger bathroom. One floor up there are two more bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed with a raise/lower function, TV (with DVD/Blu-ray player and HDMI cable for connection to another device, however, it lacks linear TV channels) and with some views of Lilla Vik's beautiful golf course. The second bedroom is equipped with a 120 cm bed and faces west. Between these bedrooms is a social area equipped with two armchairs and three large windows overlooking the neighborhood. The dining area/kitchen is equipped with tables, various kitchen utensils, porcelain and generous work surfaces. There is an induction hob, oven, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the laundry room, you will have access to a washing machine and dryer as well as some cleaning supplies. Number of beds There are a total of seven adult beds spread over four different beds in four different bedrooms. There is another bedroom that is not equipped with a bed at present. Sun If the sun is shining, you can enjoy it on the property during all hours of sunshine. In the morning, the sun shines best on the small balcony at the back of the house, then it moves further west towards the larger balcony and in the evening you can enjoy the sun on the front of the house. Accessories At your disposal there are two bicycles, barbecue, sun loungers. Pillows, duvets, soap, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, some toilet paper, coffee filters. Guests also have access to a washing machine and dryer. Guest access You have the entire house and garden to yourselves. Other things to note If you are looking for a beautiful nature experience, the Forsemölla waterfall is within walking distance. The nature reserve is great for walking or jogging. Swimming in the area Two kilometers from the house is the beach Knäbäckshusen. Other beautiful swimming areas nearby are the swimming area in Vik or the beaches in the nature reserve around Stenshuvud. The beach at Stenshuvud is large and beautiful, and if you want to swim undisturbed you can take a walk along the beach - there are plenty of nice environments to discover. Other Sheets, bath towels and hand towels you bring with you for hygiene reasons. Basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent/dish tablets are provided as a starter kit. Cleaning equipment is available, but you clean yourself and leave the house in the same good condition as it was upon arrival. Other things to note – Please note Please note, bedding is not included. If you miss out on cleaning, a service charge will be added at between 50 and 180 Euro depending on what is required from us (buy service from cleaning company for instance).
