Villa and Sauna is a modern scandinavian style, 65 sqm leisure house near Helsinki with a seasonal, heated outside pool, a sauna and a hot tub (palju). Pool is open on May-September. The space The villa features a cozy living room, a separate bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a small kitchen, a dining area, a dressing room, a bathroom with two showers, a toilet, and a wood-heated sauna. Outside, you'll find a spacious terrace with a seasonal heated pool (open from May to October) and a hot tub (palju). Please review the house rules for hot tub pricing and check availability with the host. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, multifunctional oven, toaster, electric kettle, Moccamaster filter coffee machine, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. A complete set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and other essentials is also provided. The villa comfortably accommodates two guests in a small, charming bedroom with a 160cm double bed. So, as you know, accessing the bedroom requires two steps outside. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The outdoor area includes a large terrace overlooking the fields, a heated seasonal pool (3.4 x 6.4 m) and a beach volleyball court. A wood-heated hot tub is available at an additional cost but must be requested in advance. The villa has heated floors and AC/air heating in the main room for your comfort. The bedroom has an automated ventilation system to keep the air fresh, although it does not have air cooling. The villa includes high-speed Wi-Fi (b/g/n), a 57" 4K LCD TV, 5.1 surround sound, PS3 and Wii game consoles, Apple TV4, and Netflix. This villa is ideal for two people seeking a modern retreat in a peaceful countryside setting. It is only a 45-minute drive from Helsinki. The nearest grocery store is just a five-minute drive away, and larger stores are accessible within 15 minutes. Activities available include: Beach volleyball court and pool (May-September) Outdoor wood-heated hot tub (additional fee) Golf at nearby courses: Vihti Golf and Hill Side Golf, 6 km away (18 holes + par 3) Walking and jogging trails Hiking in Nuuksio National Park, about 15 minutes by car to Salmi/Nuuksio Tennis and padel courts, both indoor and outdoor, within 8-11 km Frisbee golf course, 11 km away Cross-country and downhill skiing, 6 km from the villa at Vihti Ski Outdoor skating in winter at Ojakkala The hot tub is a service-based amenity you'll need to reserve well in advance. The fee is €135 for the first day, with additional days at €95 each. Payment can be made by cash or card upon arrival. Guests are not allowed to heat the hot tub themselves. Please check availability with the host because it is available only by advance confirmation. Guest access Guests have private access to the villa. On arrival the host will meet the guest at agreed time and gives the keys. Other things to note Only the registered guests specified in the reservation are allowed on the premises. A hot tub (palju) is available on request, and for an extra fee of 135 €/day, the extra day is 95€. The hot tub reservation will be paid on arrival by card. Please check the palju availability from the host.
