Since the upper floor is permanently occupied, you can expect a room layout with its own unique, authentic charm: • Shared entrance & hallway: You will share the main entrance of the building with the friendly permanent tenant upstairs. The central hallway (corridor) serves as a common transit area, from which the staircase leads to the upper floor. • Exclusive private spaces: On this floor, the living room and kitchen are all yours. The bathroom and bedroom are also available for your exclusive, private use. • Important to know: Since the bathroom and the bedroom lead off the shared hallway, there may be brief encounters with the neighbor when moving between rooms.
