No shortage of fun for the entire family :) The space The space is well equipped with essentials and things you may not know you even need. A little additional info below : Each bedroom will come with the following: Cozy bed with fresh sheets, pillows and quilt covers. HD Smart TV - log into your favorite streaming service. Dresser with drawers Nightstand(s) with USB charging lamp. Cook away! Let us know if we are missing anything. The living room has a large HD Smart TV with a comfy couch, loveseat and Board Games. Movie room equipped with large comfy sectional couch and extra couch and chair that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. Room also includes poker table and small chess/checker game table with stools. The game room is FULLY EQUIPPED with a ton to do! Pool table, foosball table, arcade machines and dart board. Indoor pool is open YEAR ROUND! Please see user guide for more information. Pool door from house is equipped with a lock and a pool alarm. Washer & Dryer are downstairs House boasts TWO outdoor entertaining areas! Both fenced in separately. Each have their own bbq grills and different style seating for any type of outdoor hanging! Don't forget our outdoor games! Disc Golf! Washers! Corn Hole! Basketball! and more :) Pool Floaties are NOT GUARANTEED! We will always put out the items we have available and replace as needed. Items in the picture ARE NOT exactly what you will have upon arrival. If you have your favorite pool items you like, please plan to bring those with you. ********************* Here's the rundown to make the layout a little easier to visualize. House is a split level ranch. Upon arrival in the front door, you'll go upstairs or downstairs. Upstairs : Full Main Kitchen, both kitchen tables as well as a couch and loveseat and smart tv for gathering together. Just off the kitchen and down the hall you will find the main bedroom (Tropical Oasis) with a king bed, large closet, smart tv and full private bathroom. Don't forget to stop off in Paris with a King bed, walk in closet and flat screen tv. Legoland has all the fun for the kids. Lego room has a full size bed and fun bunk beds! The triple bunk bed size are close to a camping cot sized bed. Don't forget your legos to play with and a smart tv on the wall. 2nd full bathroom is also in the hallway with our first 3 of 4 bedrooms. Hall closet on the upper floor has plenty of bath towels, vac and broom for your use. Travel bath with me to the front door, head downstairs... Downstairs : At the bottom on the stairs you'll find Harry Potter living with 2 queen beds and your smart tv and closet. 3rd full bathroom is just around the corner as well as your laundry room with washer and dryer. Just steps away you'll love the movie room! This room has a large comfy leather sectional for all your movie watching needs. A second couch and chair combo PLUS the sleeper sofa folds out into a queen bed. Bedding can be found in the Harry Potter room. Don't forget your poker table with chips and cards awaiting you and maybe a little time for some chess...checkers if you want to relax rather than strategize! If you are looking for the real fun, come through the movie room to the game room! Shoot some pool, battle some foosball, throw some darts or hit up the arcade games! Your pool kitchen and pool party awaits just through the game room set up! Guest access Sleeping info for clarification : House sleeps 15 in beds. 2 kings, 2 queens, 1 full and 3 toddler/cot sized bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Additional sleeping available on sectional couch or couch and loveseat in main kitchen area. Guests have access to the entire property. Guests must respect the quiet hours of 11pm - 7am. Guests have access to indoor pool area during entire stay. Children must not be left alone in the pool area. Door from house to pool is equipped with a pool alarm and cannot be turned off for safety and liability. House is located near 2 businesses and highway. Guest must stay on house property; house, yard, driveway, patios. Other things to note We strive to provide a FIVE-star experience for our guests. For us to do so we kindly ask that you follow the house rules. ** Absolutely NO Smoking Inside. This includes Marijuana, Vape, Cigarettes and Cigars. Please be mindful of smoking outside and the smell carrying into the house. There is a $500 fee for smoking inside. Please dispose of all debris from smoking. ** Please report any damage you may or may not have caused to the property. We check the property thoroughly prior to your arrival. ** This is NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME. We reserve houses for guests with allergies or other needs for a pet free home. Please check out our profile for our PET FRIENDLY HOMES. ** Board Games are there for you to use and we ask that you put all the pieces back together in the box. If you find a game that does not have all the pieces, please let us know promptly so we can order a new set. ** Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 12:00 p.m. ** Early Check Ins / Late Check Outs ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Please contact us if you ever need early check in or check out. Due to our cleaning company's schedule, we sometimes cannot accommodate this--however, please reach out to let us know and we will try to work with you regarding this matter. ** Pools create a risk to small children. No lifeguard on duty. The guest booking and any other guests shall use the pool at their own risk. Guest shall not permit use of pool by any unsupervised children at any time. Guest understands that there are certain inherent risks to person and property located near water (pool, hot tub, lake, stream, pond and any other body of water), including the possibility of drowning. Guest acknowledges that the owner would not rent the property unless the guest accepted this condition. HOUSE REQUIRES RECEIPT AND SIGNATURE ON LIABILITY WAIVER SENT AFTER BOOKING. PLEASE REFER TO ALL RULES ON THE LISTING FOR THE AGREEMENT DETAILS. ADDRESS AND CODE WILL BE SENT AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF WAIVER.
