The space The house has two bedrooms with space for 4 people. Two bathrooms and two toilets. The apartment is located in a beautiful residential development, with a well-kept architecture and integrated into the environment. In the development there are also 4 swimming pools for adults and children, ample space for walking and covered parking included in the price. The apartment faces southeast, allowing for a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea and the hills surrounding Marbella, but without the heat of the afternoon sun. The master bedroom located on the lower floor has two spacious and comfortable beds for two people. It has spacious closets, is very spacious, and includes comfortable armchairs to relax. The master bathroom is integrated into the room and fully equipped with a shower and bathtub. It also includes a hairdryer and other toiletries. The master bedroom leads to the lower terrace, with sofas and views of the Mediterranean and the mountains. From this terrace you can also access a small garden. The second room, also on the lower floor, has two beds and space for two people. It has a closet and a bathroom with shower. Also from this room you can access the terrace on the lower floor. The lower floor includes an additional toilet and a comfortable, bright and fresh hall. Upstairs we have the living room, with a large sofa and two comfortable armchairs. The space is ideal for enjoying the views of the sea and the mountains, for watching TV or for enjoying a quiet moment in company. The living room, in addition to the HD television, also includes a Blu-ray player and G Chromecast, to be able to connect Netflix, HBO, Disney+ or any other streaming service. The dining room is attached to the living room, with a large table, in natural wood. The dining room leads to the main terrace. It is a spacious terrace, also accessible from the kitchen, and has an outdoor table and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying the views. From this terrace you have an excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea as well as the mountain range that protects Marbella and gives it its particular micro-climate. Its design is fully integrated into the nature of the area, with interior pedestrian streets that connect the homes, swimming pools and gardens, surrounded by trees and native plants of the Sierra de Marbella. The development has four large swimming pools in different areas of the development. One of them is about 10 meters away from the apartment door. Inside the development is the indoor, covered parking lot. Our visitors will be able to make use of a parking space included with the reservation. The Lomas de los Monteros residential development allows you to enjoy walks and trails through the Altos de los Monteros area. From the development's viewpoints, you can see Marbella, the Mediterranean Sea, the Spanish coast, and even Africa. From Lomas de los Monteros you can quickly access (about 8 minutes) the beaches of Los Monteros or Alicate. This area of Marbella has possibly the best beaches in the area, surrounded by dunes and abundant vegetation, and equipped with full services (lifeguards, showers, disabled access, etc.). Some of these beaches also offer opportunities for water sports such as windsurfing or kitesurfing. And it is possible to sail by going to the nearby ports of Cabopino or Deportivo de Marbella. For golfers, the offer is very wide, with three courses in the vicinity of the development: Rio Real, Marbella Golf and Cabopino. Downtown Marbella is about 10-15 km away. In Marbella we can enjoy the wide range of cultural, commercial, leisure and restaurant options. Without going to Marbella, we find iconic restaurants such as Trocadero Arena, Los Sardinales or Siroko Beach. For daily or weekly shopping, we don't need to go to Marbella.
