Beachfront studio 'Sol'

Lovely renovated beachfront studio just steps away from the beach with terrace. The beach can be busy in July and August and in weekends in summer. Ground floor studio with kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for swimming, snorkeling. Amazing value for singles and couples! Our apartments are part of our private residence, which we have converted into comfortable guest spaces to share on Airbnb. We truly appreciate guests who treat the space with care and respect—just as they would their own home— The space This cosy studio has a 2 seater sofa, a small dining table with 2 chairs, a super king size bed, bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. An open kitchen where you have a 2 burner electric cooktop, fridge and a small oven. There is a mobile fan available. There is no air-conditioning. Full views of the sea. In front of the beach you have your own part of the terrace with 2 sunbeds, table and 2 chairs. A triangle sun shade sail is provided for the terrace. Guest access You can park on the opposite side of the main road about 50 meters from the apartment where you can enter through the wooden gate directly into your apartment. The street next to the main house is private and therefore parking is not allowed there, only for the guests of Apartment "Estrella" and property owners. Other things to note Important notice: - Adults only. We only accept bookings for 1 or 2 adults. - The apartment is not suitable for more than 2 persons or for infants, children and pets. No exceptions. Our apartments are directly beachfront and each features its own private terrace with a dining table, chairs, and sun loungers. The terraces are part of one large continuous beachfront terrace, thoughtfully divided into private areas for each apartment. "Sol" is the end apartment, located next to "Luna". Access to the property is via the main entrance gate next to "Estrella", and you will pass by the neighbouring apartments when entering or heading to the beach. The beach access staircase is located next to "Estrella", so you will walk along the shared pathway in front of the other apartments. "Sol" has its own private terrace area, which forms part of a larger beachfront terrace divided into individual private spaces. Additionally, next to "Sol" there is a terrace belonging to a neighbouring property. This terrace is occasionally used during the daytime by its owners. When it is not in use, guests staying in "Sol" may also use this side access as an alternative way to reach the beach.
