Welcome 💐 The space Studio apartment with a 140-cm-wide double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette with hob, a small fridge, and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Please let us know in advance if you would like the sofa bed made up. Washing machine in the house for longer stays and a portable air conditioner in the summer. Fixed-time parking is available just a few steps from the building, with a charge between 8:00 and 19:00 and free at night and on weekends. Pay easily via the Easy Park app and the Parkster app. Guest access Access to washing machine in the same building by agreement. Other things to note Parking is available just a few metres from the property. Free between 7:00 pm and 8:00 am, and on Sundays. For all other times, a charge applies via Parkster or EasyPark. There is a multi-storey car park at Central Station. The accommodation offers self-check-in, but I am always available throughout your stay via the Airbnb app. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided on your arrival, and you can easily make the bed yourself ☺️ For same-day bookings, keys are handed over at the agreed arrival time. On hot summer days, a portable air conditioner is available to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature.
