For safety reasons, there is no stove, but an electric kettle and tableware are provided. • Children under school age are not permitted due to safety concerns (stairs without a door).Requirement: Reservations are accepted only upon your agreement to these safety terms. • Guest information and passport copies are required before check-in for registration purposes. • Only the person who made the reservation may stay. Third-party bookings are not allowed and may be canceled. • The property is located in a quiet residential area—no parties or loud noise. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. Violations may result in immediate eviction. • There is no parking or bicycle space on-site. Please use nearby paid parking. Unauthorized parking may incur a ¥50,000 penalty. • Please leave trash in the room at checkout. Do not place it outside.
