The house is a terraced house with about 70² living space and has 2 bedrooms, one of them upstairs, 1 living room, a kitchen open to the living room, 1 shower room, 1 guest toilet on the upper floor. From the kitchen you can access a terrace with a patio. Although located in the historic old town, you can do all the shopping on foot. The house was completely renovated in 2018/2019. It is not far to the North Sea (UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea) or other worthwhile destinations. Bus and train connections are available. Canal trips and boat tours are offered. A lido is nearby.
