380 m² house located 3 blocks from the main square of Pozuzo. Groups of 3 – 4 or 5 people in 1 family room inside the house: PLEASE NOTE: The house has a total of 4 rooms. You will occupy (1) of the 4 bedrooms in the house. Room: Capacity (3 to 5 people). It has (1) full-size bed + (3) queen-size beds. In addition, you will enjoy all the common areas: 2 living rooms, 2 balconies overlooking the mountains, 3 bathrooms with hot water (outside the bedrooms), kitchen, and laundry room. The space 👉🏽 The house is large, and they have many areas to enjoy, not just the bedrooms. 👉🏽The bedrooms are spacious, and each one has its own bed, so you will be comfortable. 👉🏽 You can prepare your own breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at the house. 👉🏽We are just 3 blocks from the main square; around the house, there are restaurants, shops, and tourist agencies. Guest access Outside your room, which is private, you can enjoy the common areas: 👉🏽 2 rooms filled with collectible antiques 👉🏽 3 bathrooms with hot water 👉🏽 2 balconies with mountain views 👉🏽 Built-in kitchen with the basics for making light meals (blender, griddle, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, all tableware). PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a gas stove; the municipality does not allow us to provide one for safety reasons. 👉🏽 Laundry room and clotheslines on the ground floor. Other things to note Although the bathrooms are outside the bedrooms, we can assign you a bathroom for your exclusive use. Also, the house is not usually crowded; in other words, it is very likely that your family group will enjoy the house entirely without any other group inside it.
